"Identity and Access Management" began as a behavioral exploration of how digital trust is established, verified, and maintained. The goal was to redefine the boundaries of user authentication by integrating adaptive risk scoring and multi-factor verification without causing access friction. We aimed to give the authorization process a flow that felt both stringent and intuitive — a harmony between absolute certainty and a frictionless user experience.
